Miscommunication is inevitable. Many try to avoid it by “being more clear” and are plagued to see that after all that trying, alas, it still happened.
There’s a faster way. Unmiscommunication is an advanced skillset of understanding why miscommunication might be happening – even outside of the words we use. When we identify the root cause of our miscommunication, we can quickly get back on the same page – and back to work.
