Understanding Stressors in the Workplace

Pulling from the list of common workplace traumas and common triggers found in my upcoming book Trauma-Informed Leadership: Navigating Trauma and Triggers to Build Resilient and Successful Teams, this survey will help determine quantitatively – rather than anecdotally – the rates of these traumas and triggers in the workplace.
