I lead group coaching sessions by first asking if anyone has a topic or question they’d like addressed. Some sessions are spent entirely on addressing the practical issues you or others need support on. However, I always come prepared with discussion topics in case leadership has been easy this week!

The topics I choose for my Leadership Principles Trainings are heavily informed by the topics of discussion in the group sessions and from my personal communications with leaders across an array of industries.
Each of these trainings will be recorded and added to my library of resources.
As part of the Manage Teams Better program, you will have full access to my recorded trainings library, which will include the recordings from my live trainings, plus any other video trainings that I do.
